FastLink for Windows v1.4

Installation:
  Just run the self-extracting executable.
  
Compatibility:
  FastLink 1.4 will work with the Parallel and Serial homemade
   link cables and the Grey, Black and Silver (USB) TI-Graph Link
   cables on the TI-82, TI-83, TI-83+, TI-85, TI-86, TI-89, TI-92
   and TI-92+.
  Also supported is a Virtual Link to Virtual TI.
  FastLink 1.4 will not run on Windows NT, 2000 or XP.
